Technical Expectation’s:

1. 5+ years of proficiency in Node.js and frameworks such as Express.js, NestJS, or Hapi.js for building scalable backend services.
2. Strong understanding of JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript, including asynchronous programming and event-driven architecture.
3. Experience with databases: SQL: PostgreSQL, MySQL, NoSQL: MongoDB, Redis Query optimization and schema design.
4. API development expertise: RESTful APIs and GraphQL, with best practices for versioning, security, and documentation (Swagger/OpenAPI).
5. Authentication & authorization: JWT, OAuth2, Passport.js, or custom middleware for secure user management.
6. Proficiency with Git and CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or GitLab CI) for source control and deployment pipelines.
7. Experience with containerization using Docker; exposure to Kubernetes or orchestration tools is a plus.
8. Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud—including services like Lambda, EC2, and S3.
9. Testing and quality assurance: writing unit/integration tests using frameworks like Mocha, Chai, Jest, or Supertest.
10. Performance optimization & scalability: knowledge of caching, message queues (RabbitMQ, Kafka), load balancing, and logging/monitoring tools (ELK Stack, Prometheus, Grafana).
