AI Engineer with expertise in Generative AI, Agentic Systems, and LLMOps to design, develop, and deploy next-generation AI applications. The role involves building scalable AI workflows, conversational agents, multimodal systems, and secure LLM solutions. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with LLMs, RAG, optimization techniques, and AI infrastructure along with strong problem-solving and prototyping skills.

Roles and Responsibilities

1. Design, develop, and deploy Generative AI and Predictive AI applications
2. Build and optimize RAG pipelines, Agentic AI systems, and knowledge graphs for enterprise-scale solutions.
3. Fine-tune, distill, and quantize LLMs to improve accuracy, latency, and efficiency.
4. Develop and maintain AI workflows, ML pipelines, and LLMOps for production-ready deployments.
5. Implement AI evaluation, benchmarking, and A/B testing frameworks to ensure reliability and performance.
6. Integrate AI models with cloud (AWS, Vayu, etc.), microservices, Docker/Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
7. Ensure AI governance, compliance, and security across LLM, applications, and infrastructure.
8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align AI solutions with business goals and drive adoption of AI strategy.
9. Stay ahead of AI trends and contribute through research, PoCs, publications, and open-source contributions.
10. Ability to define and execute an AI strategy and roadmap.
11. Experience in stakeholder communication, mentoring, and building high-performance AI teams.
12. Skilled in data-driven decision-making, solution architecture, and project prioritization.

Desired Experience

1. 5–12 years of experience in AI/ML, Generative AI, or Data Science roles.
2. Proven contributions in Conversational AI, Applied AI products, or enterprise AI solutions.
3. Research or open-source contributions in speech, NLP, LLMs, or cybersecurity AI is a plus.
4. Strong programming skills in Python, with expertise in PyTorch, HuggingFace, LangChain, LlamaIndex, and Vector DBs.
5. Deep knowledge of Generative AI, RAG, Agentic AI, multimodal LLMs, and conversational systems.
6. Experience with fine-tuning, distillation, quantization, and latency optimization of large-scale models.
7. Hands-on experience with MCP servers, LLMOps, and AI workflow automation.
8. Proficiency in containerization & deployment (Docker, Helm, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines).
9. Strong understanding of AI for Cybersecurity, anomaly detection, and predictive analytics.
10. Track record of developing and deploying enterprise-grade AI/ML products.
11. Experience in evaluation, benchmarking, A/B testing, and model performance optimization.
12. Strong problem-solving skills with ability to rapidly prototype, innovate, and drive AI adoption.
