Senior Flutter Developer to join a fast-growing team focused on building innovative mobile applications in the healthcare domain. This is a full-time on-site opportunity based in Pune for professionals who are passionate about scalable app architecture, performance, and compliance with healthcare and accessibility standards.

Roles and Responsibilities

1. Lead the end-to-end development and optimization of cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter.
2. Architect scalable and maintainable UI components and manage complex app states efficiently.
3. Implement offline-first functionality, biometric authentication, video content delivery, and role-based access control (RBAC).
4. Integrate with AWS services such as Cognito, AppSync, Lambda, and other backend infrastructure.
5. Ensure full compliance with HIPAA, data privacy laws, and accessibility standards (WCAG).
6. Work closely with designers, backend engineers, and product managers to deliver healthcare-grade mobile features.
7. Diagnose and resolve performance bottlenecks, crashes, and production issues.
8. Write clean, testable code and participate in code reviews and sprint planning.

Desired Candidate

1. 7+ years of professional mobile development experience with extensive hands-on expertise in Flutter and Dart.
2. Strong knowledge of state management tools like BLoC, Provider, Riverpod, or Redux.
3. Experience working with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and local storage solutions (Hive, Isar, SQLite).
4. Solid understanding of mobile app architecture, performance optimization, and testing methodologies.
5. Prior experience in healthcare, fitness, or regulated domains with exposure to HIPAA compliance.
6. Familiarity with AWS Amplify, Firebase Analytics, HealthKit, and Google Fit is a plus.
7. Bonus: Experience with telehealth, adaptive video streaming, biometric authentication, and ML-powered personalization.
8. Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work on-site in Pune.
